Section 1 - Service Area

  • Doorstep delivery: Available across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • GCC Shipping: We also facilitate shipping to Bahrain, Kuwait, and Egypt. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout for specific rates and timelines for these regions.

Section 2 - Standard Shipping (UAE)

  • Shipping Fee: A flat fee of AED 25 applies to orders under AED 100.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AED 100.
  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days to major cities; 3–5 business days to remote areas.

Section 3 - Order Processing & Support Hours

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM (UAE Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Business Days: Monday through Saturday.
  • Weekend Operations:
    • Saturday: Partially available (limited processing).
    • Sunday: Closed (No processing or support).

Section 4 - Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time is the sum of Handling Time + Transit Time:

  • UAE Total: 2 to 4 business days.
  • GCC Countries (Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait,..): 4 to 12 business days.

Section 5 - Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • Carriers: we use trusted carriers such as QuickUp and other local couriers to ensure safe delivery.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a Tracking Number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Section 6 - Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Availability: COD is available for eligible orders within the UAE.
  • Policy: We reserve the right to restrict this payment method for accounts with a history of multiple failed delivery attempts.

Section 7 - Delivery Attempts & Address Changes

  • Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.
  • Address Changes: Any modification to the shipping address after the order has been processed may impact delivery timelines and is not guaranteed.

Section 8 - Cancellations & Force Majeure

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they reach the "Dispatched" status.
  • Delays: Processing and delivery may be delayed during public holidays, peak periods (like Sale events), or severe weather conditions.
