At Adventures Hub, we take pride in providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all our customers. Every order is handled with care and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Area

We currently only shipping to customers in UAE.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after your order is placed.

  • Order deadline: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GST will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • No items are shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

  1. Standard Shipping time for UAE: 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time for UAE: 2-4 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Cost

  •  Shipping Fee: A flat fee of AED 30 applies to orders under AED 150.
  •  Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AED 150.

 Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment online

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become active.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • Carriers: we use trusted carriers such as Quick Up and other local couriers to ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a Tracking Number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Availability: COD is available for eligible orders within the UAE.
  • Policy: We reserve the right to restrict this payment method for accounts with a history of multiple failed delivery attempts.

International Shipping

  • For orders outside the UAE, we ship via our trusted DHL express logistics partner.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Delivery Attempts & Address Changes

  • Delivery Attempts: Our couriers will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.
  •  Address Changes: Any modification to the shipping address after the order has been processed may impact delivery timelines and is not guaranteed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Adventures Hub is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

      Cancellations & Force Majeure

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they reach the "Dispatched" status.
  •  Delays: Processing and delivery may be delayed during public holidays, peak periods (like Sale events), or severe weather conditions.
