Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Retain your tracking number as proof of shipment.
    Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Restocking Fee

Adventures Hub does not charge any additional restocking fees to process your return.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original, resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
    Items that show signs of use, damage, missing items, or altered packaging may be subject to additional restocking deductions or may be returned to you without a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period (typically within 5 business days after inspection). Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
