Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Adventures Hub. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work for orders placed on https://adventures-hub.com.
7-Day Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange most products within 7 calendar days of the date your order is delivered. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
Delivery Trips, Return and Exchange Fees
Every order includes one delivery trip. Any extra trip to collect or redeliver an item is charged as follows:

Return for a refund: AED 25 is deducted from your refund to cover the collection.

Exchange (for example a different size or colour): AED 50 per exchange, covering the collection of your item and the delivery of the replacement. This applies to every exchange on the same order and is paid before the replacement is dispatched.
These fees do not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items (see below).
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and in original, resalable condition.
- In the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, tags and the invoice included.
Items that show signs of use, damage, missing parts or altered packaging may be refused and sent back to you, or refunded after a deduction for the missing or damaged parts.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- For hygiene and safety reasons: swimwear, undergarments and socks, personal care products and sleeping bags.
- Final sale items: kayaks, bikes, electronics and hot tubs.
- Items bought at a discount or during a sale event.
Faulty or damaged items in these categories are still covered under "Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items" below.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email support@adventures-hub.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 838 8874 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange and the reason. Clear photos of the item help us process it faster.
- We confirm eligibility and book the collection from your UAE address. Collection is available for UAE addresses only.
Restocking Fee
Adventures Hub does not charge a restocking fee. Only the trip fees above apply.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds, less the AED 25 collection fee, are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 15 business days to show the refund on your account.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us at support@adventures-hub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will collect it at no cost and offer a replacement, store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.
