A Japanese-inspired nakiri built for heavy prep work. The flat 7 inch full-tang blade chops and chiffonades vegetables in clean, even cuts, and the Pakkawood handle gives a comfortable, secure grip.
It comes with a full-grain leather sleeve, so it travels safely in the camp kitchen box as well as at home in the kitchen.
