PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Black Inc FORTY SIX is a hand-built carbon wheelset for gravel racing and fast mixed-surface riding. A 27 mm internal rim width takes tyres up to 57 mm (29 x 2.2 in), with 35 mm the recommended size, giving a big, grippy contact patch on the gravel and desert tracks around Hatta and Al Faya.
The 46 mm rims and aero steel spokes hold speed on fast sections and tarmac links, while the 30T X OS 3-pawl freehub engages about 25% faster than a standard road hub for sharp acceleration out of corners and up steep climbs. This set comes with a SRAM XDR freehub body.
