To bake the perfect fluffy and slightly crisp Neapolitan pizza, the heat stored in the stone and the ambient temperature in the baking chamber must be just right. Our innovative dual zone heat monitoring ensures that you can precisely track both. As soon as the outer ring on the display lights up green, you are ready to bake your pizza in perfect conditions.

• L-shaped Burner

  Designed for efficiency: The L-shaped burner produces long, rolling flames from behind and from the side. Thanks to the consistently high heat, you can easily bake your pizza with just one turn!

• Heat shield

  With the heat shield, you can boost Fat TONY to up to 650 °C (~1200 °F) and preheat to optimum temperatures inside the stone in about 20 minutes. Even in windy conditions, you can achieve excellent baking results by slightly lowering the flame and then simply adding the heat shield to block the breeze.

• Gas-powered

  With its gas operation, Fat TONY is easy to use and reaches the perfect baking temperature in no time at all. Worried about handling gas? No need. BURNHARD has several years of experience with gas-powered products and they are always tested and certified to high standards. Gas pressure and hose connectors are matched to the specific regulations in each country.
