PRODUCT INFORMATION
The CeramicSpeed UFO Racing Chain is a Shimano 12-speed chain that arrives cleaned, broken in and wax optimised by hand in Denmark, ready to race. CeramicSpeed states it saves 2 to 5 watts over 650 km compared with factory lubrication, which is free speed for racing, time trials and long dry rides.
The wax treatment is made for dry conditions. Re-apply CeramicSpeed UFO Drip after about 650 km to keep the chain fast, and relube promptly after riding in rain or mud to avoid corrosion. A Shimano 12-speed quick link and a UFO Drip sample are included.
