PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Cozze 13 inch Classic is a portable gas pizza oven that reaches up to 550C and bakes a stone-crusted pizza in about 2 minutes. It is made for garden parties, majlis evenings, beach camps and winter desert trips where you want real pizza without a wood fire.
The high oven space and front-facing control panel make it easy to launch and turn pizzas, a 34 x 34 cm cordierite stone sits inside, and a pizza door and thermometer are included. It runs on gas through a hose nozzle or 1/4 inch thread fitting; the regulator is sold separately.
