The Cozze 17 inch Classic is a larger gas pizza oven for family-size pizzas up to about 43 cm, reaching up to 550C so a stone-baked pizza is ready in about 2 minutes. It suits villa gardens, rooftop gatherings and big camp groups who want to feed everyone fast.
An 8 kW U-shaped stainless burner heats a 42.5 x 42.5 cm cordierite stone, and the pizza door and thermometer are included. It connects with a hose nozzle or 1/4 inch thread fitting; the regulator is sold separately.
