The Cozze G-800 Combo is a lidded gas barbecue with a grill plate on one side and a smooth plancha on the other, so you can go from juicy steaks to sauteed vegetables without changing equipment. It is built for serious home cooks with a terrace, garden or outdoor kitchen.
Three stainless U-shaped burners deliver 9.5 kW across a 42 x 40 cm grill and 43 x 40 cm plancha, with two digital thermometers and a warming rack included. Cozze rates the plancha to 440C and the grill to 460C.
