A pizza paddle is an almost indispensable tool when baking pizza, it ensures that the pizza does not break when the pizza has to go in and out of the oven. The pizza shovel is equipped with holes, which cause most of the pizza flour to sprinkle through the shovel before the pizza hits the oven. The flour therefore does not stick in the oven, which means less smoke, less need for cleaning, but most importantly, it also results in the perfect crispy pizza.
