It is equipped with holes that allow excess flour to drain through the shovel before the pizza goes into the oven. This means that the flour does not burn in the oven, resulting in less smoke and less cleaning. It also guarantees a perfectly crispy pizza. The ERGO handle guarantees maximum comfort during use. It also comes with a leather strap, which you can use to hang the shovel on the side of the pizza oven or on the side of the outdoor table.
