The Dainese Wave D1 G2 is a back protector insert certified to CE EN 1621.2 level 1 that slides into the back pocket of Dainese men's jackets from European size 50 upwards. It is a simple upgrade for riders in the UAE whose jacket came with shoulder and elbow armour but only an empty back pocket.
A Nidaplast honeycomb core sits under perforated, waved polypropylene plates, and the double jersey airgap interior lets air move along your back on hot days. A lumbar joint and thermoformed foam liner let it follow the shape of your back on the bike.
