The GSI Outdoors Santoku Cut and Prep is a compact camp prep kit: a 10 cm (4 in) santoku paring knife with a sheath, a roll-up cutting board and a mesh bag, all for about 85 g (3 oz). It is for campers and picnickers who slice vegetables, cheese or meat away from a kitchen.
The board rolls up small for the bag and opens to a 21 x 26 cm work surface, and the rubber handle keeps a firm grip.
