The HJC RPHA 91 Blat is a premium modular helmet approved to ECE 22.06, with a flip-up chin bar on a dual-axis pivot and a PIM EVO composite shell. It suits touring and commuting riders who want full-face protection with the convenience of lifting the front at fuel stops.
For UAE riding it works well on long highway trips and city traffic, with eyebrow vents and channelled airflow for hot days and an anti-fog internal sun shield for low sun on the E11.
