The Mares Maximus is a 230 mm scuba dive knife in PVD coated 440 stainless steel, built for divers who want more than a basic blade. Its blunt tip makes it a safe cutting tool rather than a weapon, which suits UAE reef and wreck dives where fishing line and old nets are a real snag risk.
Straight and serrated edges and a dedicated line cutter handle rope and monofilament, and the Cordura sheath straps to your arm or ankle or threads onto a belt. It also carries a screwdriver and a bottle opener for the boat ride home.
