The Mares SLS (Slide and Lock System) is an integrated weight pocket for Mares SLS compatible BCDs. It is for divers who want a weight system that locks in securely and releases cleanly.
On insertion the holding prongs push into place and cannot retract, and a green closed padlock appears in the window with an audible click. On release the slider pulls the prongs in so the pocket comes out easily. A large handle and a guide tunnel on the jacket make it simple to use.
