The Napoleon Freestyle 365 DSIB is a compact 3-burner gas grill in graphite with an infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner that sears at about 980 C and a front door that closes the cart. With 9.7 kW and 3,194 square cm of cooking area it suits a terrace or balcony.
Before you light it up: this grill runs on a standard LPG gas cylinder, which you get from your local gas supplier (ENOC or ADNOC). You also need a gas regulator and a gas hose (not included). Our regulator is the Dubai type; Abu Dhabi cylinders use a different regulator. Your local gas supplier also sells both.
Cross-over lighting relights a burner that goes out, porcelain-enamelled cast iron WAVE grids give even heat and sear marks, and folding side shelves with tool hooks and a bottle opener keep tools close.
