The Napoleon Freestyle 425 SIB is a straightforward 4-burner gas grill in graphite with an infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner that sears at about 980 C. With 11.1 kW and 3,684 square cm of cooking area it suits families who grill on the terrace or in the garden through the UAE winter.
Before you light it up: this grill runs on a standard LPG gas cylinder, which you get from your local gas supplier (ENOC or ADNOC). You also need a gas regulator and a gas hose (not included). Our regulator is the Dubai type; Abu Dhabi cylinders use a different regulator. Your local gas supplier also sells both.
Cross-over lighting relights a burner that goes out, porcelain-enamelled cast iron WAVE grids give even heat and sear marks, and folding side shelves with tool hooks and a concealed tank compartment keep it tidy.
