The Napoleon Freestyle Plancha is a gas griddle with a 60 x 44 cm plate of 430 stainless steel over 3 individually controlled burners. It is made for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, seafood and vegetables on the terrace, with no grids to clean.
Before you light it up: this griddle runs on a standard LPG gas cylinder, which you get from your local gas supplier (ENOC or ADNOC). You also need a gas regulator and a gas hose (not included). Our regulator is the Dubai type; Abu Dhabi cylinders use a different regulator. Your local gas supplier also sells both.
Keep one zone hot to sear and another lower to hold food, catch fat in the 1 litre grease tray, and use the adjustable levelling and folding side shelves to set it up where you cook.
