The Ocean Cyprus are floating sport sunglasses with polarized category 3 smoke polycarbonate lenses, 100% UV protection, a light TR90 frame and an extra foam floater, so they stay on the surface if they come off in the water.
They are made for kitesurfing, wing foiling, sailing, paddleboarding and boat days off the UAE coast, where glare off the water is intense. Hydrophilic rubber grips on the nose pad hold firm when wet, an adjustable elastic in the temples keeps them secure, and vents between the frame and the rubber help stop fogging. The lenses have hydrophobic and oleophobic, scratch resistant coatings so water beads off. Ocean is a sunglasses brand from the Basque coast, where its range is tested in the water and on the mountain.
