The Outdoorchef Cast Iron Griddle Heat is a reversible porcelain-enamelled cast iron plate, 43.5 x 19.5 cm, made for Outdoorchef HEAT gas grills. Drop it in place of a grate section to cook food that would fall through the bars.
Use the smooth side for eggs, pancakes and a full breakfast, or flip it to the ribbed side for burgers, steaks, fish and seafood with strong sear marks. A grease drain keeps the plate clear while you cook.
