The Outdoorchef Easy Check Single is a wireless Bluetooth barbecue thermometer with one temperature sensor that reads both the core and the cooking chamber temperature. With the dock and a smartphone it reaches up to 200 m, so you can follow a slow cook from inside, away from the summer heat.
Use it with the app or read it straight from the dock display. The battery runs over 30 hours, enough for brisket and other long cooks, and the sensor is heat resistant to 300 C and dishwasher safe.
