The Outdoorchef Thermometer is a replacement lid thermometer for all Outdoorchef kettle grills. The analogue dial reads up to 350 C (700 F) in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, so you can see the cooking temperature without opening the lid.
Fit it when the original gauge is damaged or fogged, and you are back to accurate indirect cooking.
