The Outdoorchef Pizza Stone Heat is a 36 cm eight-sided cordierite stone shaped to use the full width of HEAT gas grills. It bakes pizza, tarte flambee, bread and pastry with a crisp base, like a stone oven at home.
A built-in indicator shows when the stone is hot enough, and the porous stone draws moisture out of the dough while it bakes.
