The Outdoorchef Plancha L is a 32 x 32 cm porcelain-enamelled cast iron griddle plate that turns a grill into a flat-top. Cook meat, fish, vegetables, pancakes and eggs side by side, all things that would slip through a normal grate.
It sits on the Blazing Zone or the Cooking Zone Kit Plus, fits the Outdoorchef 480 and 570 series, Dualchef and A-Line, and can go directly over the burner on other kettle grills and grill stations. A high rim at the back and sides and a front juice channel keep food and fat in place.
