The Pit Boss Digital Meat Thermometer gives an instant read of the inside of your meat on a large orange LED display. The probe folds away and the unit switches on and off as you open and close it.
It charges through a built-in port instead of using disposable batteries, and the probe withstands up to 287 C. Useful for checking chicken, steaks and brisket on any grill or smoker.
