PRODUCT INFORMATION
The ProQ Flip'n Grate Small is a stainless steel swivel grill on a 47 cm base that lets you flip all your food in one movement and control the heat by raising or lowering the whole 320 x 320 mm grilling basket.
It turns a kettle barbecue, ProQ smoker or open fire into a more versatile grill, and it also stands on its own over a fire pit or campfire on desert camps and beach days. Swing the food off to the side of the fire for asado-style cooking of rump cap or butterflied lamb, then flat-pack it into its bag. It comes with a ring to fit 47 cm or 57 cm kettles and an extra pole for ProQ V4 smokers.
