The Gorilla Tub® Extra Large is the biggest in the range, with a capacity of 75 litres.
Suitable for those heavy-duty tasks around the stables, building site and garden, this is a substantial, flexible tub that can deal with a big load.
At full capacity with materials like wet soil, gravel or feed, it may exceed the comfortable lifting range for one person hence two people may be required.
This Tub is up to all those tasks that need a bit more capacity and strength.
Use it for mixing materials, carrying, feeding, storing and transporting things around your environment with the 2 easy grip, ‘golf ball’ handles for safer handling and movement.
Featuring flexible, ribbed sides, along with chamfered edges to make scooping and pouring effortless, this giant of a tub is also weather resistant and unreactive to frost and UV rays. That makes it useful indoors and outdoors, all year round.
The Gorilla Tub® XL is manufactured from a *food-grade LDPE, low-density polyethylene, which is non-toxic and 100% animal safe, that’s why many of our equine customers use it for prepping food, daily feeding and for administering supplements.
As with other products in the range, this tub is exclusively manufactured in the UK for Red Gorilla®, and measures height: 37cm x diameter: 57cm, with a fully loaded capacity of 75L.

The biggest in the Red Gorilla® range, the Gorilla Tub® XL has a fully loaded capacity of 75 litres so is more than capable of handling all those bigger jobs on site, around the stables, in the garden and at home.

2. Is the Gorilla Tub® XL suitable for mixing building materials?
Yes. The flexible, ribbed sides make it perfect for mixing wet materials as the sides will adjust to accommodate it, ensuring even distribution of weight. The smooth insides also make it quicker and easier to clean between mixes, so there’s no clogging or stuck on bits to deal with.

3. Is the Gorilla Tub® XL made from food-grade plastic?
Yes. Many Red Gorilla® customers use it for feeding, so the tub is 100% non-toxic and safe for animals.
