PRODUCT INFORMATION
The SKOTTI STONE turns the SKOTTI portable grill into a small pizza oven. It is a fine pored cordierite stone, about 24 x 16.5 cm, set in a stainless steel holder, and it takes heat up to 800 C for crisp bases on gas or charcoal.
Bake flatbreads, manakish or pizza at the camp site; add the SKOTTI Cap on top for oven style cooking.
