The X-lite X-1005 Ultra Carbon Puro is a carbon fibre modular touring helmet in a plain glossy carbon finish, homologated P/J so you can ride with the chin guard open or closed. It is for UAE riders who tour long distances, cross into Oman or ride the mountain roads and want a light flip-up with a built-in sun visor.
The dual action chin guard swings up on an elliptical path, the VPS sun visor drops down for desert glare, and the Carbon Fit lining helps with heat. The cheek pads leave room for glasses, and the shell is ready for a Nolan N-Com intercom.

Yes. The X-1005 is homologated P/J, so it is approved for riding both closed (full face) and open (jet).
Does it work with an intercom?▼
It is designed for Nolan N-Com communication systems, sold separately.
Can I wear glasses with it?▼
Yes. The EA Eyewear Adaptive cheek pads leave room for glasses arms and can be reversed if you stop wearing glasses.
Nolan Group size chart. Measure about 2 cm above the eyebrows, over the ears and around the back of the head. Between sizes: smaller for a snug racing fit, larger for touring comfort.
