The Elemento has been designed to be both super aerodynamic and provide high levels of ventilation, thanks to its innovative design and the introduction of various pioneering technologies such as Fluid Carbon 12 and Multipod. Fluid Carbon 12 composite technopolymer absorbs more impact energy than traditional materials and distributes the generated force more evenly over the entire helmet. This advantage enabled KASK technicians to increase the size of the internal channels, which improves ventilation, while reducing the size of the vents to improve aerodynamics. Multipod is KASK’s patented 3D printed inner lining. This material allows the helmet to better withstand the energy generated by linear and rotational impacts. Multipod works isotropic, which means that it withstands impact energy the same, regardless of the direction in which the force is applied. The OCTOFIT+ helmet attachment system on the Elemento helmet allows for a more precise fit to provide greater security and stability. Reflective graphics on the back increase cyclist visibility. As with all KASK helmets, the Elemento has been developed in accordance with the KASK WG11® safety protocol, an objective, scientific approach to measuring a helmet’s performance in rotational impacts.
