Nolan helmet X-903 ultra carbon N-COM grand tour

With the X-903 Ultra Carbon, X-lite presents a real super touring helmet: the fully equipped integral model scores not only for maximum driving comfort and an elegant and very aerodynamic shape, but also with a host of innovative features such as the magnet-assisted quick visor assembly or an individually adjustable interior. The shape of the X-903 Ultra Carbon not only looks sporty, the helmet also sets standards in terms of aerodynamics and particularly low driving noise in the helmet. With the help of an easy-to-use adjustment band, the interior and thus the helmet position of the X-903 Ultra Carbon can be individually adjusted in height to the head shape of the wearer. The new X-903 Ultra Carbon is also at the highest level when it comes to safety: This model is the only one that is homologated with a Nolan communication system. The NERS – Nolan Emergency Release System enables first-aiders to remove the cheek pads with a few simple steps in order to remove the helmet with little force – an important plus in the event of a fall.

• NERS – Nolan Emergency Release System: This system, patent pending, allows emergency teams to remove the cheek pads from the helmet while it is still being worn by the motorcyclist by simply pulling the red tapes attached to the front of the pads themselves.
• Rotational Impact Tests In the Newton S.R.L. laboratory: The X-803 RS ULTRA CARBON has passed the rotational impact tests undergone by the competition helmets which are used in various races including the MotoGP and SBK. UN/ECE 22-05.
• Ultrawide Visor Scratch resistant – ultrawide Visor mechanism with tilting functionality. Adjustable VPS (Vision Protection System) sunscreen, UV protection up to 400nm
• The comfort inner padding is made with active carbon filaments, a thermoregulatory, antistatic and dissipative element. The liner, with an innovative net construction, aids the movement of air around the upper part of the head which thus stays cool and dry. The inner padding is additionally made up of lateral single-piece cheek pads and lining chin straps which are all completely removable and washable. Moulded lining for the inner cheek pads in polystyrene.
• LPC – Liner Positioning Control: This system, allows for the regulating of the position of the liner. This permits the positioning of the same-sized helmet to be adjusted for different heads, consequently adapting to various requirements and head shapes.
• The helmet is prepared and approved with the N-Com communication system installed. The helmet preparation system, as well as the N-Com product compatible with this, have been designed with the aim of facilitating the assembly operations of the system itself in the helmet.
