This is a comfortable EX zone 1/21 headlamp with 200 lumens. The lantern is a safety lantern, developed especially for EX zone 1/21 with gases up to IIC and T4, and dust up to IIIC and T135?.
The EX series has lanterns that can be used in areas where there are strict requirements for electrical equipment. EX approval is a requirement for electrical equipment to be used at workplaces and in areas with a risk of explosion. For example, transport of dangerous goods/ADR, the oil industry or coal mining.
The EXH8R headlamp is equipped with an extra large magnetic switch, so that it is easy to handle with gloves on. The headlamp has a rubberized inside of the headband which provides a good grip on the helmet, and it is also supplied with a cross band for the headband for individual adaptation.
The lantern has an Advanced Focus System, which allows you to easily set the light cone from wide to narrow. Set to minimum brightness it lights up for up to 45 hours, set to maximum brightness it lights up for 10 hours. The maximum brightness is 200 lumens, which provides good light out to 130m.
The EXH8R has two light programs: Power and Low Power. The lantern can easily be charged in the included charging station. The lantern weighs 342 grams.
