The new generation of the Pista comes with all the great features and components that have made this pump one of Silca’s best-selling products since 1962. For more stability and versatility, the Pista Plus has received some design features directly from its big sister, the SuperPista Ulimate.
This pump is designed to accompany you throughout your cycling career. Thanks to the high-quality and stable material used by Silca for this pump, a pressure of up to 220 PSI (approx. 15 BAR) can be generated.
The “Plus” stands for “More stability”. In this case, the Pista Plus was not designed to be taken everywhere but to be kept in a fixed place. The three-part aluminum base ensures sufficient stability and the larger handle made of ash wood makes the pump a special eye-catcher.
The Pista Plus has a long, flexible tube with an integrated Schrader valve device and comes with a Presta pump head with a vent valve that can be attached to it. The holder for the pump head has also been further developed, as the Schrader tube is now secured here. This means you can easily swap the Presta pump head for the HIRO version or any others, such as adapters for disc wheels that can be attached via the thread. The pressure gauge has also received an update compared to the previous pumps: It is enlarged to 2.5″ (64 mm), which makes it easier to read and measures the pressure with an accuracy of 2%.
