The G2 R is the pickup truck of mountain bike brakes. It’s reliable, goes everywhere, does what it’s supposed to, has a lot of power and the lever reach can be adjusted to the driver without tools. The area of intended use of the SRAM G2 R ranges from Cross Country to Freeride. The design is based directly on the code, so the G2 R has perfect dosing, modulation and convinces with more than sufficient braking power in all conceivable situations, so that you have everything under control even on the most difficult descents.
In order to be able to mount everything as cleanly as possible, the transmitter on the handlebars is compatible with Sram’s proven Matchmaker system. This makes it possible to accommodate your brakes, the shift lever or the remote control of your lowerable seat post on just one clamp. Thanks to the Bleeding Edge technology, you can also service and bleed the brake in a short time.
